You start with clean dry bleached hair and then put on the Special Effects for 45 mins to an hour (with heat if you want), wash it out and the best part is that it stays in and bright for over a month.

My salon has switched over to it for folks who want Bright, as none of the other colors can compete.

When I put &quot;Deep Purple&quot; in my hair, it lasts for a month as purple and then a good month plus as pink.  Then folks think that I am changing my hair frequently.  ha... ;oD</description>
