How did I miss this when it came out? I was chatting to a fellow feminist at a party the other day and we got on to the subject of certain pop lyrics – this is a wonderful reinterpretation of a particularly vile song we discussed, big thanks to Caroline for sending me the link (you can watch the full version here):
On the other end of the lyrical spectrum, here’s a real treat for you: a gorgeous performance of “Seasons” by Sierra Swan and Carina Round. Sierra’s brand new album “Girl Who Cried Wolf” is available now from her website along with her second, “Queen Of The Valley”, which features this song – I’ve just ordered my CDs
